When I was a teenager, I used to grumble whenever my mum asked me to do housework. I felt unfair then. Why my friends need not do? Why my elder brother need not do? Why me? So many whys inside me...
Now, I finally realised the reason. My mum started training me to do housework since young so that as I get older, I'm able to help her lessen her burden and eventually when I'm married off, I will be able to cope with the housework in my own family.
Mum not only taught me about doing housework, she also taught me how to cook. And I certainly know that I have done her proud. Why do i say so? I felt it when Dar's grandmother praised me that I can really cook when she ate the food that I cooked for her on her Birthday. The smile on her face really warms my heart...
Credit goes to my mum! If wasn't for her, I would not have create such a good impression on Dar's family.
